Portuguese-Brazilian sushi shokunin with over 12 years of experience in sushi-making worldwide, including Europe, America, Japan, and Thailand. His journey includes experiences at renowned restaurants such as Nobu in Ibiza, Koy Shunka in Barcelona, Sushi Shunei in Paris, Yoshino in New York, Ginza Hakkoku in Tokyo, and Sushi Sakai in Fukuoka.
JIKASEI is established in Barcelona during the COVID-19 outbreak. He transformed his apartment into an omakase sushi restaurant where customers could only dine by invitation or recommendation from customer members.
Course Options and Prices:
1. Standard Omakase Course: 4,800 THB++ (14-15 course menu)
2. Premium Omakase Course: 6,800 THB++ (18-19 course menu)
*Price is subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT
