Chef’s Culinary Philosophy
From a young age, like many, I dreamed big—but one aspiration stood above the rest: dedicating my life to gastronomy. My deepest inspiration has always been my family—especially my grandmothers, my mother, and my aunt. Though none of them worked in the culinary industry, they ignited my passion for cooking. It wasn’t just about the flavors of their dishes; it was about the love, patience, and devotion they poured into every meal. Through them, I learned that food is a language of care—and my greatest wish is for every guest to feel that same warmth and passion in every bite.
This menu is a celebration of that journey—rooted in my Catalan and Andalusian heritage, and deeply influenced by the vibrant flavors and traditions of Asian and South American cultures.
