He went on to refine his craft in Michelin-starred French establishments like Restaurant André and Les Amis. His passion for French cuisine led him to establish Garçons, a casual French eatery that flourished, expanding to six branches over nine years.
Nearly two decades later, Chef Enoch has become a rising star in Bangkok's culinary scene. He gained recognition as a finalist on Top Chef Thailand 2023 and a semi-finalist on The Next Iron Chef Thailand (2020). He also co-founded Fatt Chicken, a successful Singaporean chicken rice restaurant with three outlets.
Currently, Chef Enoch serves as the resident chef at Counter Culture Bangkok, where he presents unique menus that blend the rich flavors of his Singaporean-Chinese heritage with his nearly 20 years of expertise in French cuisine.
